If you made a payment in the previous student portal and it does not appear in the new portal, resulting in a financial hold, please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
 
Solution:
  • Pay off the balance in the old student portal
  • It will take up to two weeks for the payment to be posted in the new student portal. 
  • Once the payment is posted in the new portal, and the balance is $0.00, the financial hold will be removed.
